So the book and the box are beautiful. The box arrived a little damaged, except the saleswoman refunded it to me without debate. I appreciated this professionalism. In addition, I had a delivery problem by paying double delivery costs, and again the saleswoman understood the situation perfectly without opposition. And reimbursed me for the expenses that I had incurred too much. So a complicated situation but which she made again more pleasant thanks to her kindness, her understanding and her professionalism.
