The seller was very responsive to my concerns of my order not arriving on time. She gave great customer service. My order arrived in perfect timing before my wedding and it is beautiful! Love it!
It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! It arrived faster than expected and the designers were in constant communication with me and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. WILL buy again.
So the book and the box are beautiful. The box arrived a little damaged, except the saleswoman refunded it to me without debate. I appreciated this professionalism. In addition, I had a delivery problem by paying double delivery costs, and again the saleswoman understood the situation perfectly without opposition. And reimbursed me for the expenses that I had incurred too much. So a complicated situation but which she made again more pleasant thanks to her kindness, her understanding and her professionalism. And the book is really hot. So thank you for everything. 🥰😘
